Arraignments are normally held in Jackson each Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and in Wellston each Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. unless otherwise scheduled by the Court.

Arraignments for persons incarcerated may be held at any time during regular Court hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as the Court schedule permits.
